Boxed Neon Signs

Shipping Our Neon and LED Signs

With the exception of our largest neon signs that are shipped to you via freight service, our neon and LED signs will be shipped to you via FedEx or UPS. But before our packaged signs are turned over to a carrier, we go to great lengths to insure your new signs arrive at your location undamaged and ready to display.  For you to get an idea of just how we do this, we've put together a few pictures of the boxing of a selection of our signs.

Standard Neon Signs

Each sign is first boxed in a double-walled corrugated cardboard box, packaged with soft foam, and where necessary, zip-tied to the box.

After the first protective box is sealed, its time for another double-walled corrugated cardboard box!  As you can see from the following picture, within the second box, the first box is surrounded by protective foam to help eliminate damage in transit.

But wait, there's more! If you thought that two boxes were enough to protect your new sign, we've got a surprise for you. Our double boxed neon signs are additionally boxed within a third box with additional packing material!  Why three boxes you ask? Well, we've found that you can never be too careful when shipping gas filled glass tubes across the country! After the third box is packed, the box is then sealed with tape denoting that the contents are fragile.

Backlit LED Signs

Although they are not as breakable as neon signs, we still want to insure that our backlit LED signs make it to their destination ready to brighten up a room. Each backlit LED sign is wrapped in protective plastic and secured in its double-walled corrugated cardboard box with foam and additional packing material. We then add another layer of double-walled corrugated cardboard to cover the face of the sign for extra protection. Each box is then sealed with tape denoting that the contents are fragile.

Slim LED Signs

Our slim LED signs are packaged in a similar way to our backlit LED signs.  Each sign is packed in foam in a double-walled corrugated cardboard box, before being sealed in the box with tape denoting that the contents are fragile.
